Things To Do

Family Friendly Caribbean Holiday Hotspots

The Caribbean in winter time is beautiful and comfortable, with temperatures ranging from 70 to 80 degrees. Taking a winter holiday in the Caribbean is easy and fun. There is so much to do;  you would do well to have a plan for when you get there.

There are many  family friendly  local resorts, and a few exclusively for adults. The music is amazing and the scenery is breathtaking. The beaches are simply gorgeous. Still, the beaches are not the only thing that the Caribbean has to offer.

You can go to the Grand Cayman sandbars and actually swim with the stingrays. There are glass bottom boats for the not so adventurous at heart. You will be able to view many sea animals on the voyage. Another option is to go on a dolphin or whale watching tour which brings you further offshore and makes a great day trip.

There is nothing quite like it anywhere else in the world. There is also the zip wire that is located in St Lucia. On this adventure you will travel through the forest. It will take you 30 to 50 feet high and the run is on 500ft cables. There are age requirements, and all of the supplies are provided.

Who says you cannot surf in the winter time? Go check out Casino88 Barbados for some incredible beaches and breaks. There is a program for beginners that will take around 6 hours to complete. You will be able to do a lot in this short amount of time. Don’t expect to be riding the big breaks but by the end you should be able to get up and ride some of the white water which is still a lot of fun. There are lots of things to do in Barbados, something for everyone.

This is a great experience for the whole family to enjoy. If the water is not your thing then you may want to consider Puerto Rico’s rain forest. It is home to the El Yunque and also the Pico Del Toro. This is among the tallest mountain in the region, and the scenery here is spectacular. It is teaming with wildlife. You will need waterproof clothing, and be prepared to hike through a cloud forest! This experience is guaranteed to be unforgettable.

Jamaica offers painting classes and there is a submarine tour offered in Aruba! No matter what you decide to do on these fascinating islands, the experience that you have will be genuinely cherished. There is no other place quite like the Caribbean Islands, and there is no shortage of unique and amazing things to do there.
